Determination of the Reference Value in Lymphocyte Subsets from the Peripheral Blood of Healthy Adults

Abstract
|
|
|
To determine the reference range in lymphocyte subsets from the peripheral blood of healthy adults, we were estimated the value of lymphocyte subsets from the healthy adults composed of each twenties of men and wemen by flow cytometry,
FACScan(Becton-Dickinson, Sunnyvale, Ca USA), using the two color staining method after no-wash whole blood lysis system.
@ES The results were as follows:
@EN 1) The reference range of CD3, CD4, CD8 lymphocyte were 53.1~78.3%, 29.5~47.9%, 20.3~36.7%, respectively.
2) The reference range of CD19 and CD3 CD16 Cd56 lymphocyte were 5.9~20.8%, 6.9~23.7%, respectively.
3) The reference range of CD4/CD8 ratio was 0.80~2.0.
4) The reference value of CD3 lymphocyte was significantly higher in female group than male group(p<0.05).
5) The reference value of CD8 lymphocyte and CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly higher in 20~39 age group, and 40~59 age group, respectively.
